CFG 5-7. Adjusting the weight of "white background, monochrome, greyscale" in the negative prompt can adjust the contrast and saturation of the image.

I usually upscale to 1536-2048 first with a denoising strength of 0.6 to fix minor issues, then use ControlNet Tile to upscale to 2048-2560+. Of course, if the low-res image has no structural issues, you can directly use Tile upscale to 2048+. My personal Tile settings: strength 0.3-0.4, denoising strength 0.6-0.7. If you are only generating portraits and upper body shots, please reduce the upscale multiplier.
