The latest open-source model — F.1 Knotext Dev (F.1 Kontext), is officially released.

F.1 Kontext [dev] is the open-source version of the F.1 series models. Featuring 12 billion parameters and built on a Diffusion Transformer architecture, it supports semantic understanding and editing/generation based on existing images.

This model inherits key capabilities of the F.1 Kontext series, including:

· Character Consistency Modeling: Maintains stable character appearances and designs across multi-turn generations, making it ideal for narrative-driven image tasks;

· Region-Level Image Editing: Enables precise control over modifications to local elements within an image while keeping non-target areas completely unchanged;

· Style-Preserving Generation: Generates new scenes based on the visual style of a reference image, ensuring artistic consistency;

· Low-Latency Inference: An optimized inference pipeline delivers rapid response times, making it suitable for interactive creation workflows.

· Compared to the commercial API version, although F.1 [dev] is slightly lower in fidelity and speed, its local deployability offers developers and researchers exceptional flexibility and controllability.
