Most popular base models on the market seem to work fine; in my testing, Niji Style XL yields better results.
For LoRA, you can use Hero Gallery.

Sampling steps: Images generate normally within the 15–30 steps range.

CFG scale: 8–9 is fine.

The trigger word alone is sufficient to generate the character. You can supplement it with the following prompts as needed:
